With profound regret and sincere remorse, we issue this important notice and offer our most heartfelt apologies to every friend who has trusted and supported us.
Originally scheduled to be held from May 9 to 11, 2026, the China (Hebei) International Apparel & Daily Necessities Expo has been officially cancelled after careful discussion and comprehensive evaluation by the company’s management. No follow-up relevant arrangements will be carried out thereafter.
Since the preparation of the expo commenced, we have always adhered to the principle of Integrity-based Operation & Customer First, spared no effort to advance all preparatory work, and sincerely looked forward to building an efficient platform for exhibition, exchange and cooperation for all parties.
Regrettably, the investment promotion outcome of this expo failed to meet expectations, making it impossible to hold the event as scheduled in accordance with the established standards and scale. To avoid causing greater losses to all parties, we have made this difficult and unavoidable decision.
The cancellation of the expo has disrupted your business plans, consumed your time and efforts, and failed to live up to your trust and expectations. We are fully aware that this has brought you great inconvenience and losses, for which we extend our most sincere and profound apologies! We are truly sorry! 🙏
To make up for the losses incurred by this incident to the greatest extent possible, after internal deliberation, the company will fully implement the following remedial measures and properly handle all follow-up matters with a responsible attitude:
1. Full Refund of Booth Fees via Original Payment Channel
For all booth fees paid by exhibitors, the Company Finance Department will complete the unified collection and statistics by May 10, 2026, and fully refund all payments to your original payment accounts within 30 working days. This ensures timely fund arrival and eases your capital pressure to the maximum extent.
2. Exclusive Free Compensation Benefits (Valid for One Year)
To offset the losses caused by the expo cancellation, we have customized exclusive compensation benefits for all exhibitors:

one year of free promotion and publicity services on our cross-border e-commerce platform. We will also provide free assistance for you to accurately connect with and develop overseas customers, as well as match high-quality order resources. The one-year exclusive services will help you expand overseas markets and mitigate the impact of this loss.
3. Special Remedial Plan for Cooperation Partners
For regional organizers responsible for shuttle bus services and audience organization leaders who have filed and confirmed cooperation with the organizing committee for this expo, we will provide full compensation plus additional subsidies:
The organizing committee will fully reimburse all actual expenses already incurred, including vehicle dispatch fees, deposits and personnel preparation costs, against valid invoices, receipts and payment vouchers provided by you.
Taking into account your time investment in preliminary docking, route planning and personnel organization for the expo, the organizing committee will calculate additional compensation uniformly, which will be paid together with the above reimbursements. We will never let down your trust and dedication.

Regarding the expo cancellation, we have conducted in-depth self-reflection and will never shirk responsibility. Moving forward, the company will fully review the root causes of the problem, optimize business plans, adjust business layout, and pursue steady and solid development.
